Business process consultant (BPMN)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect / Business Architect to support digital transformation, enterprise architecture, business process modelling, architecture governance, and EA capability development.

Key responsibilities

• Support digital transformation and development of future-state business models and processes
• Develop and enhance EA standards, frameworks, methodologies, and architecture models
• Maintain EA repositories, templates, filters, reports, and scripts
• Conduct architecture compliance reviews and provide EA guidance to project teams
• Deliver EA training, workshops, and stakeholder briefings
• Support change management and digital communication initiatives
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and project updates
• Guide and mentor junior EA team members

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture OR Business Process Modelling
• Good knowledge of TOGAF and/or DoDAF
• Experience with ARIS or similar EA tools; ARIS Business Architect/Publisher is an advantage
• Experience in EA modelling, architecture governance/compliance, and EA training
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
