Business Process Engineer

New Office Location; ซอยตรอกวัดจันทร์ใน ถนนเจริญราษฎร์ 10 แขวงบางโคล่ เขตบางคอแหลม กทม.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the initiation and scoping of process improvement initiatives tied to new business opportunities
• Analyze current-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Design and execute action plans with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
• Develop process maps, SOPs, and standard work documentation to ensure consistency and compliance
• Monitor project timelines, KPIs, and results; report progress to the management team

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
