Business Process Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Process Executive to manage product cataloguing, data maintenance, and daily operational activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be comfortable working with product information, images, pricing, and reports.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Process Executive to manage product cataloguing, data maintenance, and daily operational activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be comfortable working with product information, images, pricing, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update product catalogues in the system.
• Enter product names, brands, categories, prices, descriptions, and other details accurately.
• Categorize products under the correct categories and subcategories.
• Check and upload product images.
• Verify product information and correct data errors.
• Maintain catalogue and operational reports in Excel.
• Use Excel formulas for data cleaning, comparison, and reporting.
• Coordinate with stores and internal teams to collect missing product information.
• Track assigned work and complete it within the given timeline.
• Support other business process and back-office activities when required.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, Pivot Table, Sort, and Filter.
• Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of product cataloguing and e-commerce operations.
• Ability to identify and correct data errors.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Any degree
• Freshers with good Excel knowledge may also apply.
• Candidates with experience in cataloguing, e-commerce, data entry, or back-office operations will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate:

• Comfortable working with large Excel files.
• Able to understand different product categories.
• Willing to learn new software and processes.
• Responsible, organized, and capable of working independently.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
