Job Requirement :
- Pendidikan S1 jurusan Teknik Industri, Manajemen, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait
- Minimal 10–12 tahun di bidang Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Innovation Management, atau Knowledge Management dengan minimal 7+ tahun di industri pertambangan atau jasa pertambangan
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, CBAP, atau sertifikasi terkait (preferred)
