Business Process Management Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and configure business processes and data structure.
• Create and generate detailed project documentation.
• Interact with colleagues to understand team's business needs and requirements.
• Assist and support the design and development of required interfaces and enhancements.
• Translate business objective and requirement into functional and system specification.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder of any course related to IT or business.
• Has experience in business process analysis and documentation.
• Technical writing skills is a definite advantage.
• Has good communication and facilitation skills.
• Able to work with different teams.
