Business Process Management Manager

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, standardize, and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency and governance.
• Define, maintain, and govern business rules to ensure consistent practices across functions and locations.
• Leverage AI and digital technologies to simplify processes, develop actionable solutions, and support process implementation.
• Develop and manage process knowledge, including SOPs, Work Instructions, and digital learning content.
• Lead, coach, and coordinate the BPM team to ensure effective execution of projects, workload management, and continuous capability development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, monitor, and continuously improve business processes across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Quality Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in Supervisor or Manager Level
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Proficient in using AI and digital tools to simplify business processes, translate business rules into actionable solutions, and support process implementation.
• Knowledge of process mapping, business rule governance, and Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience in the container shipping, logistics, supply chain, or engineering industry is an advantage.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and English communication skills.
