Business Process Management Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process assessments and identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops to map processes, identify bottlenecks, and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Design and implement optimized processes, standards, SOPs, templates, and controls.
• Build and maintain a process governance model (process ownership, documentation, review cadence).
• Coordinate cross-functional task force teams to implement improvements and ensure adoption.
• Manage dependencies between business, IT, and others; align process change with system capabilities.
• Establish a simple BPI dashboard and cadence (weekly follow-up / monthly steering).
• Track benefits realization (cycle time reduction, error reduction, productivity, service levels).
• Develop change management plans: stakeholder alignment, communications, training, and adoption monitoring.
• Coach process owners and key users to build internal capability (process advisors / champions).
• Promote a continuous improvement culture through recognition and success stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations or related field
• 5-10 years in process improvement, transformation, operational excellence
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization and drive process improvements toward shared goals.
