• Analyze transportation relevant processes to identify improvement opportunities and determine how SAP solutions can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work with global Business Process Management team and Digital Business Administration about transportation solutions, including modules such as SAP eTM ,LE-Shipping.
• Conduct testing to ensure that the implemented solutions function correctly and meet the user's needs.
• Provide training and support to users on the new systems and processes.
• Play role as business process management, to make sure that processes are running as designed.
• Collaborate with project managers, other consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful projects.
• Process Harmonization: Roll out of harmonized processes in the region.
• Process modelling.
• Provide process support, including troubleshooting and resolving any SAP-related process issues. Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a business process consultant with a focus on logistic area, for example SAP S/4HANA, SAP Signavio and BPMN 2.0.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP supply chain modules like eTM, shipping,LE-TRA.
• Experienced in using various change management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and with key users.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
