Job Description

What you’ll do

• Draft, standardize, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with company goals
• Develop detailed Work Instructions (WI) to provide step-by-step guidance for FSE, Operation and Warehouse
• Visualize workflows using flowcharts and diagrams to identify bottlenecks or redundancies
• Ensure all documentation is easily accessible, up-to-date, and written in a user-friendly manner
• Conduct regular compliance checks and internal audits to ensure teams are adhering to established SOPs
• Identify non-compliance issues and provide root-cause analysis and corrective action plans
• Assist in the training and socialization of new processes to ensure smooth adoption across the organization

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence and Quality Management. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Excel) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent written communication
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills to collaborate with department heads in developing procedure
• Able to work in a hybrid environment (3 days WFO per week)
