Business Process / Process Mining Consultant

Required Qualifications

SAP Signavio Consultant

Contract: Contract till Dec 2026 + Extendable (3-6 months and extendable)

Location: REMOTE ROLE Across EU

Process Mining

• Hands-on experience with process mining platforms such as:
• SAP Signavio Process Intelligence / Celonis
• Experience delivering process mining engagements from data extraction through business recommendations. using SQL / SIGNAL
• Strong understanding of process mining methodologies and value realization approaches.

Business Process Expertise

Strong understanding of one or more of the following end-to-end processes:

• Lead-to-Cash (L2C)
• Order-to-Fulfillment (O2F)
• Procure-to-Pay / Digital Procurement
• Service Management
• Customer Operations

Experience within Software and Services industries is highly desirable.

Success Profile

The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" process mining consultant who can:

✅ Understand business processes and stakeholder needs.

✅ Navigate SAP data and perform SQL-based analysis.

✅ Build (in Signavio or Celonis) and interpret process mining analyses.

✅ Communicate insights effectively to business leaders.

✅ Independently lead a use case from initial discussion to measurable business outcomes, leading workshops and building Signavio dashboard.
