What they need
- Assess existing business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, identifying pain points, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
- Redesign processes with a focus on automation, cost optimization, standardization, and improved controls.
- Drive implementation of best practices and benchmark against industry standards.
- Work closely with IT teams to design and implement enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications.
- Support automation projects including system migrations, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and workflow tools.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth deployment of new solutions.
- Ensure redesigned processes adhere to statutory compliance, internal audit standards, and risk management guidelines.
- Strengthen internal controls through automation and system-based checks.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to validate process improvements.
- Partner with business leaders to secure buy-in for transformation initiatives.
- Train end-users and ensure adoption of new systems/processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor for cross-functional teams to balance operational needs with technology enablement.
