Business Process Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Map and document current and future-state processes across key business areas.
• Assist in the evaluation of projects endorsed for IT automation or system enhancement.
• Collaborate with Key Users to define the scope, objectives and desired outcomes of process improvement initiatives.
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, including the development of action plans.
• Facilitate performance gap analysis, conduct root cause assessments and support issue resolution in collaboration with Key Users.
• Analyze data to generate insights and provide data-driven recommendations for decision making.
• Present process improvement proposals to Process Owners.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of activities, communications, feedback and best practices for future reference.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• With at least two (2) to three (3) years relevant experience in Process Excellence, Change Management, LEAN and Six Sigma.
• Experience in business process mapping, automation, business intelligence, ERP and workflow are a plus.
• Very good analytical, verbal and written communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Visio, and knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.
• Results-oriented and flexible to learn new skills.
• Amenable to work in Pasay City.
