Business Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage business programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes through effective change management practices.
• Ensure program governance by monitoring progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on program status to stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 6-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Business Program Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of MSP (Management Services Provider) model and its application in an IT environment.
• Excellent communication protocols for managing vendors effectively as a Vendor Manager.
