Business Project Associate Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide expert-level support to clients on Workday HCM module, ensuring seamless implementation and maintenance of the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on Workday HCM module, ensuring they understand its features and functionality.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Workday HCM module, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on Workday HCM module.
• Strong understanding of HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits Administration etc. .
• Experience in integrating multiple systems using various integration tools like MuleSoft or SnapLogic etc. .
