Business Project Manager

Global firm seeks a Business Project Manager who can work across multiple projects simultaneously. This Business Project Manager will lead the success of multiple projects by identifying resources and budgets, developing secure/detailed project plans, defining project scopes, clinching deadlines, identify and analyze project risks, allocating resources efficiently to ensure project success, and maintaining vendor relationships. The ideal candidate for this role should be tech savvy, have excellent leadership skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and thorough organization skills.

How you will make an impact

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are consistently met
• Partner with stakeholders across business units to define project objectives, establish priorities, and align on expected outcomes
• Facilitate communication between project teams, leadership, and other key partners to maintain transparency and accountability
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and ensuring high-quality execution
• Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Support process improvements and help drive operational efficiency across business initiatives

The ideal Project Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Marketing/Business Administration.

Other requirements for the Business Project Manager role include and are not limited to:

·      7+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Stakeholder Engagement

·      MBA preferred

·      Financial Services experience preferred

·      Jira and/or SQL expertise preferred

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Cloud-based Tools

·      Proven knowledge of OSHA regulations

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
