Job Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for Business Loans and Overdraft (OD) facilities.
- Develop business through DSAs, branch banking, and other sourcing channels.
- Build relationships with self-employed individuals, business owners, and entrepreneurs.
- Cross-sell Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Life Insurance, and General Insurance.
- Manage existing customers and identify opportunities for top-up loans.
- Achieve business targets and expand the loan portfolio.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Business Loan Sales or SME/MSME lending.
- Good knowledge of the Mumbai market.
- Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Experience in DSA sourcing and business development.
