Business Representative

Your role:

You will build and maintain strong client relationships by managing daily business requirements and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Acting as the key point of contact, you will work closely with cross functional teams to meet client requirements and resolve operational challenges.

You will also contribute to continuous process improvements and support initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of client management experience
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. High accuracy when working with large data sets
4. Good verbal and written communication skills
5. Knowledge of ERP system, Power-BI, Pivot-Table will be an advantage
