Business Representative

Requirements :

• Minimum D3/S1, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
• Experience in Plastic Packaging or Manufacturing Industry is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of plastic packaging products and processes, particularly In-Mold Labeling (IML)
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Able to identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts
• Target-oriented, proactive, analytical, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to conduct customer visits and business trips

Key responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities and potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable plastic packaging solutions
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, samples, and customer trials
• Conduct product presentations and business discussions with customers
• Coordinate with Production, PPIC, QC, Engineering, and other related departments to fulfill customer requirements
• Monitor customer accounts, sales opportunities, and order progress
• Prepare regular sales activity and customer development reports
• Achieve sales targets set by the company
