As a Business Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and leadership development efforts for a top telecommunications client. You’ll actively contribute to executing representative strategies in the field, while also mentoring and guiding junior team members. Key Responsibilities of the Business Sales Representative:

• Represent client products and services in face-to-face interactions, delivering clear information and personalized solutions
• Assist in coaching and developing Business Sales Representatives to foster a motivated, performance-driven team environment
• Accurately track activity and customer interactions to support smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
• Support the planning and execution of customer interaction strategies to meet client objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and building lasting relationships

Qualifications for the Business Sales Representative:

• Background in customer service, or leadership is a plus
• Previous experience in a Business Sales Representative role is advantageous but not required
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
