Business Services Manager

PostNet is looking for a Business Services Manager who enjoys working with customers, keeping things organized, and finding practical solutions when someone comes in needing help.

Our customers come to us for all kinds of reasons. One person may need an important package shipped. Another may be preparing printed materials for their business, working on a design project, or trying to figure out the best way to get a job completed on time.

Your role is to help make those interactions easy.

You'll work with customers to understand what they need, coordinate services with the team, and keep projects and requests moving. You'll also help with the everyday operation of the center and step in when a customer question or service issue needs additional attention.

What you'll handle

• Help customers with printing, shipping, and other business service needs
• Coordinate customer orders and keep track of work in progress
• Provide clear updates on timing, pricing, and service options
• Work with team members to make sure customer requests are completed accurately
• Follow up on orders or projects that need additional attention
• Help resolve customer questions and service concerns
• Maintain organized customer, order, and service information
• Support daily center operations during busy periods
• Look for opportunities to improve how customers are served

What we're looking for

• Experience in business services, retail, customer service, printing, shipping, office services, account management, or a related environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Able to manage several requests or projects without losing track of details
• Dependable follow-through and good judgment
• Comfortable learning new software and service systems
• Printing or shipping experience is helpful, but not required

We're looking for someone who likes solving everyday problems and helping people get things done.

You don't need to know everything about printing or shipping on your first day. What matters most is that you're organized, comfortable with customers, willing to learn, and able to take ownership when something needs attention.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
