Job Summary

Plus UAE Group is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Setup Consultant to join our Riyadh team.

The role involves advising entrepreneurs, investors, and companies on establishing and operating businesses in Saudi Arabia, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable solutions, preparing proposals, and converting enquiries into long-term clients.

This is a sales-focused consultancy role. The successful candidate must be confident dealing with business owners and decision-makers, generating opportunities, following up consistently, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle new business setup and corporate-service enquiries.
• Consult clients on suitable Saudi business-establishment options.
• Understand business activity, ownership, licensing, visa, and operational requirements.
• Explain licensing, government procedures, and related services clearly.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations and proposals.
• Conduct client meetings, calls, and online consultations.
• Generate new business through outbound sales and referrals.
• Follow up on leads and quotations until closure.
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporate clients.
• Cross-sell relevant corporate and compliance services.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate confirmed cases with the operations team.
• Ensure proper sales-to-operations handover.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain professional knowledge of Saudi business and government procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–5 years of Saudi Business Setup / Corporate Services / PRO Services sales experience preferred.
• Riyadh market experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to convert leads into paying clients.
• Good understanding of Saudi company formation and corporate services.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Arabic is an advantage.
• Hindi or Malayalam is an additional advantage.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Good CRM and computer skills.
• Professional appearance and client-handling ability.
• Saudi driving license is an advantage.
