Business Solution Support

• Serve as administrative owner of assigned solutions. Plan, coordinate and execute change, access and upgrade activities with internal/external stakeholders in accordance with Group IT policies, CAB and Stage Gate.
• Establish and operate steady state governance: documentation and knowledge base, master data usage, interfaces and integrations, version and license management, compliance and privacy; ensure robustness, auditability and sustainability.
• Promote adoption and proper use: raise awareness, share best practices, and enable relevant user groups through training and supporting materials to reduce errors and misuse.
• Lead and accept formal handover from project to operations at/around Gate 5, verifying operability, documentation completeness, and monitoring & risk controls.
• Coordinate and support global solution implementation in NEA (planning, localization review, cutover readiness, hypercare, and handover to steady state).
• Coordinate and support NEA regional solution implementation (planning, localization review, development, data integration, cutover readiness, hypercare, and handover to steady state).
• Support superuser in driving the adoption of digital tools within their departments and consolidate feedback to IT. Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above; Computer Science, Information Systems, or related major preferred.
• Under 5 years of relevant experience in business digitalization/enterprise applications/solution management
• Proficient in Agile concept and other IT tools, like Python, SQL, etc..
• Proficient in common business applications, like Office 365, Teams, PowerBI, etc..
• Good Communication skills and strong team-work spirit.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
