We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Business Solutions Advanced Specialist Digital Manufacturing & MES The Business Solutions Advanced Specialist partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT teams to design, develop, and support digital solutions that improve operational performance, traceability, and business value. The role focuses on delivering applications, system integrations, automation, reporting, and analytics solutions that enable efficient and data-driven business processes.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications and extensions that support MES and manufacturing processes.

Build and support integrations between MES, ERP, WMS, PLC, and quality systems (REST APIs, JSON).

Develop and optimize SQL/PL/SQL code for reporting, traceability, and data validation.

Provide advanced MES support, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes.

Support testing, UAT, deployments, and go-live activities under real production conditions.

Use AI and automation tools to improve development, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

6+ years of experience in software development for manufacturing environments.

Hands-on experience with MES and manufacturing processes (traceability, quality, KPIs).

Advanced SQL and PL/SQL with relational databases.

Development experience with C#/.NET, Python, JavaScript, or similar.

Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integrations with ERP, WMS, or shopfloor systems.

Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.

Fluent English; availability to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Power BI development.

Cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake).

Understanding of AI, automation, or machine learning concepts.d)
