Business Solutions Analyst

We are looking for an IT Business Solutions Analyst who can help bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with different business teams to understand their needs, help identify opportunities for process improvement, translate requirements into clear technology solutions, and support the successful implementation of IT projects.

Business Partnership & Requirements

• Work with business teams such as Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to understand their needs and challenges.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements.
• Help translate business requirements into clear and actionable technology requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.

Solution Development & Implementation

• Support the evaluation and recommendation of technology solutions based on business needs.
• Assist in preparing requirements, process flows, user stories, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and business users during system implementation and testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and resolution.
• Help ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements.

Process Improvement

• Review existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
• Help document current and future-state processes.
• Recommend practical improvements through technology, automation, or process redesign.
• Support change management and user adoption activities when new solutions are introduced.

Project & Stakeholder Coordination

• Assist in managing IT projects and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
• Track project requirements, timelines, issues, and action items.
• Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Solutions, Systems Analysis, Project Coordination, or a related role.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business/system requirements.
• Familiarity with business process mapping, workflow documentation, and process improvement.
• Basic understanding of software development and project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Experience working with business users, IT teams, and/or external vendors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
