Business Strategist

Responsibility:

• Develop and execute marketing and Go-To-Market strategies for existing and new services.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, webinars, events, and other lead-generation activities.
• Work closely with Sales and Business teams to strengthen the sales pipeline and conversion.
• Monitor marketing performance, ROI, leads, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
• Build partnerships with associations, business partners, and relevant stakeholders.
• Support customer engagement, cross-selling, up-selling, and win-back initiatives.
• Manage marketing database and support telemarketing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Strategy, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, lead generation, performance marketing, and business analysis.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Familiar with Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI/Looker, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in B2B or professional services is an advantage.
