Business Strategy & Operations Executive

We are looking for a driven and analytical Business Strategy & Operations Executive to support the performance and continuous improvement of our Sales division.

Working closely with the Head of Department (HOD) and CEO, you will be involved in business planning, quality assurance, performance analysis and operational improvement. You will turn data and ground insights into actionable recommendations, while ensuring that sales standards and processes are consistently upheld.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing how a business operates, solving problems and working with management to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the HOD and CEO on business planning, performance reviews and key initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, conversion rates, productivity and operational KPIs.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure sales standards, SOPs and service quality are maintained.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and insights to support management decision-making.
• Work with Sales Managers to address performance and quality concerns.
• Review workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Support manpower planning, deployment and roadshow operations.
• Conduct ground visits to understand operational challenges and identify areas for improvement.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives across the Sales division.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
• Proactive, organised and able to take ownership of projects.
• Strong interest in business strategy, operations and performance improvement.
