Business Strategy Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze domestic and international real estate market trends to identify investment, development, and partnership opportunities.

• Conduct feasibility studies and assess new project opportunities in terms of strategy, financial viability, risk, and organizational fit.

• Develop comprehensive business models for new initiatives, including retail development, land utilization, and joint ventures or partnerships.

• Prepare strategic and financial analysis reports with actionable recommendations for the Head of Business and senior management.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as Project Development, Finance, and Legal, as well as external partners including investors and consultants.

• Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of approved projects and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Propose innovative business ideas and strategic expansion opportunities in new formats, alternative locations, or partnerships.

• Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, investment analysis, or real estate project development.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial modeling skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting feasibility studies, developing business cases, and performing risk analysis.
  • Solid understanding of real estate business structures, including zoning, land use regulations, and JV models.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior management.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and identify new business opportunities
