Business Support Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-driven Business Support Administrator to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Working directly within our fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in supporting our administration, finance, and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Data & Finance: Execute precise data entry, handle accounts payable, and process weekly payroll.
• Operations & Purchasing: Support purchasing processes, generate operational reports, and manage general office workflows.
• Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact, communicating effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients across digital and verbal channels.

What You’ll Bring

• Industry Experience: A background in engineering, manufacturing, or a related industrial sector is strongly preferred.
• Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with payroll systems is required. Familiarity with ERP software (specifically Global Shop Solutions) is a major plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft 365 and MS Teams, alongside an ability to pick up new digital tools quickly.
• Core Strengths: Sharp attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
