Business Support Administrator

About the role

You'll support our leaders, coordinate key business activities, organise events and conferences, manage important business processes and help create a positive experience for employees, customers and stakeholders alike. No two days will be the same.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating conferences internally and externally

• Booking travel for leaders attending customer meetings

• Creating presentations for a business review

• Welcoming a new employee to the team

• Managing office operations and supplier relationships

• Following up actions from a leadership meeting

• Improving a process that makes everyone's job easier

About you

• Loves being organised and getting things done

• Takes ownership and follows through

• Can manage competing priorities without losing sight of the details

• Communicates professionally and confidently

• Brings a positive, can-do attitude to work

• Is comfortable working independently and using initiative

• Experience in administration, events coordination, office management or business support

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
