Business Support Analyst

·          Salary: up to $8000

Job Responsibility

·                Support the CEO in implementing strategy and execution of strategic projects as well as the overall steering of regional activities/projects

·                Gather and analyse internal and external market information and condense insights for management and community with proactive proposals to turn this into concrete actions

·                Prepare, document and follow-up on meetings and other regular communication activities with colleagues in the region as well as headquarters in Germany

·                Serve as the primary interface between regional leaders/markets and the CEO

·                Act as the Local Policy Advisor and Governance for the company legal entity

·                Monitor regional political and economic developments, serving as a liaison with external affairs on relevant matters

·                Provide communication support to CEO for internal and external product launch events

Requirements:

·       Degree in any related field.

·       5 years of experience in comprehensive Business Support and prior experience Project Management and Corporate Communications is preferred

·       Ability to support C-suite boss and work closely with global leaders

·       Should be open to work in different time zones

·       Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required

·       Experience in multi-cultural organization

·       Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken

·       Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage
