Responsibilities:

• Support business development, lead generation and client engagement.
• Research potential clients, opportunities and strategic partners.
• Manage prospect follow-ups and maintain lead databases.
• Coordinate social media content and marketing activities.
• Conduct market, industry and competitor research.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing or Business Support.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and business development.
• Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent research, communication and follow-up skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Resourceful, solutions-oriented and accountable.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM and digital tools.
