Business Support Associate

S V Enterprises is looking for a Business Support Associate to assist with customer coordination and day-to-day business support activities.

This is an office-based business support role and not a BPO or telecalling position. The work primarily involves customer communication through email and WhatsApp, preparation and follow-up of quotations, coordination of service jobs, payments, and maintaining related records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers through Email and WhatsApp
• Attend occasional business-related telephone calls
• Follow up on quotations and service jobs
• Prepare quotations and customer correspondence
• Coordinate internally for job status and customer requirements
• Maintain customer and service-related records
• Support routine office administration

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada
• Good written English for email and customer correspondence
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with MS Office, email and WhatsApp
• Good organisational and follow-up skills
• Responsible, systematic and willing to learn
• Freshers with suitable communication and computer skills may also apply

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
