PURPOSE

Associate ensures smooth execution of business activities, proactively identifies issues, contributes ideas for improvement, and supports the overall effectiveness of the MOS Capability while continuously developing professional expertise.

Leverage AI and digital tools to improve productivity, knowledge management, communication effectiveness, and stakeholder experience.

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide complex business support to assigned manager(s), ensuring ownership, service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Build strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring responsive support and professional communication aligned with business needs and ways of working (DSO mindset).
• Participate in MOS Capability strategic activities, projects, team initiatives by supporting implementation efforts and sharing operational insights when appropriate.
• Support the implementation and testing of process improvements, new tools, and changes within the assigned scope, adapting to evolving business needs.
• Demonstrates a positive and adaptable attitude during times of change, supporting the implementation of new ways of working and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks, processes, and responsibilities in response to evolving business needs.
• Supports team objectives through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and providing operational assistance to colleagues when needed.

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven professional experience in the respective/similar process, ideally within a similar international operational environment. (2-4 years)
• English proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken; proficiency in a second language is a strong asset.
• Proven experience supporting stakeholders within a defined MOS geographical support scope and across different stakeholder groups, with a practical understanding of business and operational requirements.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to establish trusted working relationships, understand stakeholder needs, and collaborate across teams.
• Demonstrates ability to identify and resolve routine operational issues, supports solution implementation, prioritize daily activities, and deliver accurate results within established processes and deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of relevant IT systems and Business Support processes, with practical application of digital and AI solutions in daily work.
• Demonstrates initiative and accountability in daily work, with a focus on quality, stakeholder value, and continuous improvement.
