Are you an experienced Asset Management professional with a strong background in RFPs and consultant questionnaires ? We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Business Support Associate to join our dynamic team!

• 📍 Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days Work From Office)
• ⏰ Shift: EMEA Shift
• 💼 Experience Required: 6+ Years
• 🏢 Domain: Asset Management / Fintech / Equities & Fixed Income

What You’ll Do

• RFP & Consultant Questionnaires: Lead and support the end-to-end response process for client RFPs and consultant queries with a deep understanding of investment products and services.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous peer reviews and proofread client-facing documents to ensure peak accuracy, proper grammar, formatting consistency, and messaging alignment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work independently and alongside team members to manage large, complex client requests under tight deadlines.
• Data & Process Support: Navigate fintech tools and reporting environments to gather data and optimize reporting workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 6+ years in the Asset Management / Investment field with proven hands-on RFP experience.
• Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of investment products, equities trading, fixed income instruments, and issuer communications.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Exposure to or experience working in environments using Power BI, SQL, AWS, Azure, and DevOps is a strong advantage.
• Communication & Precision: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with eagle-eye attention to detail.
• Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent experience. Active FINRA/NASD licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, or 66) are a plus.
