We’re looking for a capable, organised and positive Business Support Coordinator to join a well-established and growing business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a true all-rounder who loves variety, takes initiative and enjoys being at the heart of a business. You’ll work closely with the company directors and wider team, helping keep projects, people and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

This is a varied role covering:

• Project coordination and administration
• Office, stock and equipment management
• Payroll, HR and onboarding support
• Health & Safety and compliance administration
• Social media content and marketing support
• Improving business systems and processes
• Organising team events and supporting a great workplace culture

Who we're looking for

You don’t necessarily need experience in every area. What’s more important is that you’re a great all-rounder with the right attitude. You’ll be organised, proactive and confident juggling different priorities. You’ll communicate well, be comfortable picking up new systems and enjoy taking ownership and getting things done.

If you’re someone who spots what needs doing, enjoys making things run better and is always willing to pitch in and help the team, this could be a great fit.
