Business Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Support Executive to work closely with our Agency Manager in supporting the day-to-day operations and growth of our financial services agency.

The role covers business support, recruitment and new-agent training coordination. You will work closely with the Agency Manager to organise operations, recruit new agents, coordinate onboarding and support training activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative and business support to the Agency Manager

* Manage schedules, appointments, documents, Excel records and follow-ups

* Assist with recruitment of new agents, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and follow-ups

* Coordinate new-agent onboarding and training

* Prepare training materials, schedules and attendance records

* Follow up with new agents on training and required actions

* Assist with team meetings, business activities and special projects

* Maintain good communication with candidates, agents and team members

* Interested in recruitment, training and people development

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in administration, recruitment, customer service or coordination is an advantage.
