Business Support Executive (eCommerce)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Executive to support our growing B2B eCommerce business. This role will focus on merchant recruitment follow-up, account onboarding, and platform operations across various digital commerce platforms.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure smooth merchant onboarding, maintain platform data accuracy, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on merchant leads and support the merchant acquisition process.

• Coordinate with prospective merchants to collect required documentation and complete onboarding requirements.

• Maintain and update merchant databases, onboarding pipelines, and recruitment status reports.

• Conduct merchant account setup and ensure accurate information is uploaded onto the platform.

• Act as the primary point of contact for merchant inquiries during the onboarding process.

• Maintain product listings, merchant profiles, pricing, promotions, and platform content.

• Monitor order flows and platform performance to ensure smooth operations.

• Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of platform-related issues with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, eCommerce, Marketing, or related disciplines.

• 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, business support, merchant management or sales coordination.

• Experience in merchant acquisition, onboarding, or marketplace operations is an advantage.

• Good organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
