Business Support Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day investment operations and follow up on related matters;
• Assist with client onboarding, KYC & AML documentation and ongoing information updates;
• Assist with subscriptions, redemptions and related transaction documentation for funds and other investment products;
• Liaise with private banks, fund managers, fund administrators and other external service providers on day-to-day operational matters;
• Assist in preparing client materials, investment product information, periodic reports and presentations;
• Coordinate with investment, client servicing and operations teams and follow up on outstanding matters;
• Provide general administrative and business support to the team;
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as required

Requirements

• 1-3 years of working experience, experience in asset management, wealth management, private banking, securities firms, fund management, family offices or other financial institutions is preferred;
• Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products;
• Exposure to KYC & AML, client onboarding, fund subscriptions and redemptions, trade support or investment operations would be an advantage, but not essential;
• Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong organisational and follow-up skills;
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is preferred
