The Position

Safescape is seeking a proactive and dedicated Business Support Officer to join and support our small but dynamic production team. Working Full Time or Part Time (you choose) from our facility in Forrestfield, you will be responsible for supporting a team of up to 20 team members, where you'll contribute to various aspects of our manufacturing and dispatch operations. The role has a mix of operational and administrative requirements which you will be required to deliver on through exceptional communication and rigger between all our team.

Approaching your role in line with our Safety-First mentality, you will be:

· Providing administration and reception support for Perth Factory Management and Operations teams

· Verifying for correctness and processing of production data from the Perth Factory

· Supporting the Perth Factory Management in purchasing and contractor management

· Undertaking Perth site related compliance activities

· Liaising closely with the Bendigo based administration and management team to facilitate operational business requirements

· Providing hands on Quality Control support for dispatching customer orders

To be successful, applicants should have:

· Intermediate/Advanced MS Office – specifically high-level Excel experience and document presentation

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Can effectively communicate with a wide range of contractors, suppliers and stakeholders always demonstrating company values

· Can demonstrate initiative, discretion and judgement of a high order with the ability to maintain confidentiality

· Self-motivated, reliable and willing to work independently or as part of a team

· Ability to

· Very strong time management and effective organisational skills, with the ability to think laterally, work under pressure and achieve work deadlines in an environment of competing priorities

· Willingness to work on the Factory floor environment conducting audits and Quality Control activities – not afraid to get your hands dirty
