The role

You'll work directly with our Finance Brokers on live deals from day one. This is effectively a broker assistant role. You'll prepare finance documentation, manage settlements and keep our systems accurate, so every client has a smooth, professional experience from enquiry to funding.

You'll be part of a 3-4 person Business Support team, supporting a team of five brokers. You'll report to our Senior BSO and General Manager.

What you'll do

• Complete finance documentation accurately and process settlements to each financier's requirements

• Work with our brokers to handle client and financier enquiries

• Maintain our CRM (COG Connect) and work across lender-specific platforms

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the business

• Follow our business processes and help us keep them sharp

• Build strong relationships with clients and financiers through clear, friendly communication

What you'll bring

• Confident phone and written communication

• A client-focused, process-driven approach

• The ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage your own workload

• A willingness to learn quickly in a busy, commercial, sales-driven environment

• Integrity, and a commitment to putting the customer first

Finance experience is an advantage, but not essential if these qualities are evident.
