Business Support Operation (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Description

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team and coordinate sales orders.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding orders, delivery, and related matters.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other sales-related documents.
• Maintain and update customer and sales data.
• Support the Sales team in daily operations and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Heavy Machinery, Construction Equipment, Industrial Equipment, or related industries.
• Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Support.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese with proven HSK Certified
• Be able to drive a car will be special consideration

• Working Days: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30
• Location: BTS Visionary Park, Bangkok (BTS Mochit)
• Allowances: HSK Allowance and KPI Allowance
• Overtime: Available depending on job requirements
