J-B Trucking LLC is looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Business Support Partner / Finance Coordinator to join our growing trucking operation.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn how the financial and administrative side of a trucking business works while becoming an important part of the company’s day-to-day operations.

No previous finance or trucking experience is required. We provide training and ongoing support.

Our trucking team focuses on trucking operations, owner-operators, and transportation, while the Business Support Partner helps keep the company’s financial and administrative functions organized and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Support Partner / Finance Coordinator, you will assist with the financial administration of the business, including:

• Coordinate authorized incoming and outgoing business payments and transactions
• Keep accurate records of company income, expenses, payments, and financial activity
• Help monitor business cash flow and maintain organized financial documentation
• Coordinate payments to approved vendors, service providers, and business partners
• Track invoices, receipts, bills, and other business records
• Communicate with banks, vendors, service providers, and other authorized business contacts when needed
• Help ensure financial information is properly documented and organized
• Work closely with our trucking and operations team to support the financial side of the business
• Maintain confidentiality when handling company financial information
• Learn and follow company procedures for approvals, payments, recordkeeping, and financial administration

For qualified applicants who do not currently have an LLC established, J-B Trucking LLC can assist with the business-formation process and provide guidance on getting the appropriate business structure established, where applicable.

The purpose of this support is to help qualified candidates establish the appropriate business foundation for their role. Any LLC formation, tax, banking, or legal requirements will be handled according to applicable laws and regulations.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
