Business Support Specialist

CEIS Power is currently looking for a Business Support Specialist for one of our top clients in Fort Carson, Colorado.

Location: Fort Carson, Colorado

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM MT - 3:30 PM MT, 30 Minute Lunch

Qualifications This employee will need to be familiar with C2M and Utility billing processes. They must also have proven experience managing large datasets within Microsoft Excel. Electrical Metering: Understanding of alternating current (AC) power, active/reactive power, demand (kW) versus consumption (kWh), and the function of current transformers (CTs) and potential transformers (PTs) in multiplier meters. Conversions: Ability to convert and scale billing multipliers, and convert Watt-hours to Kilowatt-hours (kWh) or Megawatt-hours (MWh). Water Metering: Conversions: Conversions between Gallons, Cubic Feet (CF), and Hundred Cubic Feet (CCF). Gas Metering: Conversions: Conversions between Cubic Feet (CF), Hundred Cubic Feet (CCF), Thousand Cubic Feet (MCF), and Therms (Btu). Technical utility data comprehension and management. Data Entry. Advanced in Excel - Ability to comprehend large spreadsheets. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, Department of Public Works, and reimbursable customers on Ft. Carson.
