Business System Analyst

Hiring: Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Location: Toronto, ON

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong mix of technical and functional expertise to join a leading banking client.

Key Requirements:

• Banking domain experience.

• FCRM / AML / KYC experience

• Strong Data Profiling experience

• Expertise in Source-To-Target Mapping (STTM)

• Hands-on experience with Databricks.

• Ability to perform QA/Testing activities and validate data solutions

• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills

• Experience working across business, data, and technology teams

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business and data requirements

• Perform data profiling and source system analysis

• Create and maintain source-to-target mapping documents

• Work closely with data engineering teams on Databricks-based solutions

• Execute QA/UAT testing and validate data quality

• Support delivery of regulatory and financial crime initiatives
