Business System Analyst

What you will be working on:

You will join a cross-functional team delivering enterprise-scale digital solutions for a global telecommunications organization. The project focuses on designing and evolving complex digital platforms that support customer-facing services, business processes, and enterprise integrations across multiple digital channels. As a System Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business and technology by translating requirements into scalable technical solutions, defining system interactions, and supporting the implementation of complex integrations within a cloud-native microservices environment. Working closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts, you will contribute to the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of modern digital solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

What you will do:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs

• Define and document system integrations, APIs, request-response mappings, and interaction flows

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including use cases, user stories, Low-Level Designs (LLDs), sequence diagrams, flow diagrams, and integration specifications

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to design scalable solutions within a microservices architecture

• Work closely with Developers and QA Engineers throughout implementation, testing, and delivery

• Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for optimization and simplification

• Support the design and implementation of integrations across multiple enterprise applications and digital platforms

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and technical workshops

• Contribute to solution validation and ensure technical documentation remains up to date throughout the project lifecycle

• Design, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable build, test and deployment processes

• Automate infrastructure, deployment and operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools

• Monitor application performance and system health using logs, metrics and monitoring tools

• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

• Configure and maintain web servers and infrastructure components supporting the application

• Troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure and database layers

• Maintain documentation, runbooks and operational procedures

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable system delivery and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Experience as a System Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Integration Analyst (3+ years)

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, OpenAPI, TMF APIs, and enterprise integration patterns

• Experience documenting use cases, user stories, request-response mappings, flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and Low-Level Designs (LLDs)

• Experience working with complex enterprise systems and system integrations

• Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems

• Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot-based applications

• Understanding of cloud-native environments, including AWS and Kubernetes

• Knowledge of MongoDB or other enterprise database technologies

• Experience using Confluence for technical documentation

• Experience collaborating with Solution Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Strong written and verbal English skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with SOAP services

• Experience with AI or GenAI-enabled solutions

• Experience working with customer-facing digital platforms or omnichannel solutions

• Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as PEGA, Identity & Access Management, or similar enterprise ecosystems

• Experience within the telecommunications industry

• Understanding of customer care, sales, or digital service domains
