Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gathered business requirements by conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, brainstorming sessions with the technical team as well as business users and key-stakeholders

• Worked on Change Management to determine the source of the requirement, to ensure all requirements are met and to locate affected system components when there is a requirement change

• Developed and analyzed business data, such as spending versus approved budgets, resource predictions and tracking, process risk management, and organizational direction reinforcement

• Worked on use case development and transforming business requirements into analytical models and building reporting solutions and maintaining meta data documentation

• Performed data analysis and scrubbing to understand source data and involved in creating data mapping specifications

• Documented and supported domestic and international wire transfer processes, including OFAC screening, cutoff times, fee processing, and settlement workflows.

• Analyzed Account Management and Servicing processes, including account setup, customer information updates, balance inquiries, internal and external account transfers, and exception resolution.

• Supported Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) processes, ensuring accurate transaction posting, settlement, and reconciliation across banking systems.

• Defined data mappings, interface requirements, and message formats for integrations with core banking systems, payment processors, and external clearing networks.

• Partnered with IT and architecture teams to design and propose technology solutions, including system enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements.

• Developed UAT test scenarios and test cases for payments and account services, validating end-to-end transaction flows and coordinating defect resolution prior to production release.

• Performed impact analysis and gap analysis for changes to payment platforms, account systems, and regulatory requirements.

• Supported production issue triage and root cause analysis for payment processing and account servicing incidents, coordinating resolution with technology teams through Service Now

• Ensured solutions complied with banking regulations and controls, including NACHA, OFAC, AML, KYC, and internal audit requirements.
