• Job Title: Business System Analyst
• Vacancy: One (1) full-time position
• Annual Salary: C$90,000
• Normal Work Hours: 35 hours per week
• Vacation: 10 days per year
• Term: 3 years
• Expected Commencement Date: December 1, 2026

Main Job Duties:

• Collaborate with clients to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and system specifications for upstream business systems in resource planning, warehouse management system; and for robot operating system, robot management system and device management system for robots;
• Analyze, evaluate, and optimize information systems processes for domestic and international logistic operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards;
• Design and develop customized automation systems solutions to streamline procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system modifications, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Provide expert advice on domestic and international trade strategies, regulatory compliance, and service delivery optimization.
• Support the implementation, configuration, customization, and integration of information systems solutions for domestic and international markets.
• Monitor changes in domestic and international trade regulations, industry standards, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Develop and deliver training, technical guidance, and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of information systems for our domestic and international trading operations.

Job Requirements:

• Experience (Consulting & Training): Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality business consulting as a business systems analyst, with direct, hands-on experience developing and delivering technical training and ongoing support for hospitality end-users (covering both information systems and robotics).
• Experience (Technical Implementation): Must have a minimum of 3 years of practical application experience integrating upstream business systems (ERP, WMS) with robotics systems (ROS, RMS, DMP) in client-site environments.
• University degree in information system
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
