Business System Analyst (Specialist)

Key Responsibilities

·       Analyze business requirements and processes to design appropriate system solutions that support business needs.

·       Evaluate and recommend the most suitable approach, including in-house development, ready-made software, customization, or system integration.

·       Design system flows, workflows, data structures, and data integration between applications.

·       Develop and enhance web applications, internal tools, and business applications based on business requirements.

·       Maintain and improve existing business applications such as Airtable and related systems.

·       Develop workflow automation and system integrations using Make.com, n8n, APIs, and Webhooks.

·       Integrate and improve workflows with existing company systems such as LINE OA, Jotform, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 / SharePoint.

·       Develop dashboards and management reports to support business monitoring and decision-making.

·       Perform system testing, UAT, implementation, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.

·       Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes, eliminate duplication, and improve operational efficiency.

·       Explore and evaluate new software, SaaS, automation, and AI tools that can support business operations.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.

·       3–5 years of experience in System Analysis, Business System Analysis, Business Analysis, Application Development, System Integration, or a related field.

·       Ability to analyze business requirements and design systems and workflows.

·       Good understanding of business processes, databases, and data flows.

·       Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and Webhooks.

·       Programming knowledge and ability to develop web applications or internal tools using JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, PHP, or other relevant languages.

·       Experience with Airtable, Make.com, n8n, Workflow Automation, or System Integration is an advantage.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with business users, management, and external vendors.

·       Experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Sales Operations, or Service Business is an advantage.
