Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Business System Analyst / Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Domain expertise in US Healthcare (Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Provider, Payer, or Clinical systems)
• Good understanding of Underwriting Rules
• Experience in UAT Testing, Test Planning, Test Case Preparation & Defect Tracking
• Requirements Gathering, BRD, FRD, User Stories & Functional Specifications
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and System Integrations
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC.
• Perform data analysis using SQL/NoSQL to support business decisions and validate requirements.
• Execute and coordinate UAT, track defects, and ensure successful production releases.
• Analyze and validate underwriting rules and healthcare business workflows.
• Support API integrations, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery in an Agile environment while maintaining documentation and traceability.
