Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, perform UAT, support system deployment and production rollout
• Monitor and manage system defects, incidents, and follow-up actions through resolution.
• Provide application production support for operational systems
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical support procedures, release documentation, and operational manuals
• Review project schedules, test plans, implementation procedures, and meeting minutes.
• Identify project risks and proactively follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely completion

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in system implementation, application production support, production rollout and vendor management (Experience supporting mission-critical systems is highly preferred.)
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Waterfall methodologies
• Basic understanding of System integration, APIs, Databases, System logs and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or other scripting/programming languages is an advantage
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
